The Social Media ROI Friendfeed Room
Today, I was on twitter having a discussion that bridged myself, Christopher S Penn, Amber Naslund, Olivier Blanchard Jacob Morgan and Sean Bohan about the value of Social Media and Metrics. The problem was that the discussion was fragmented and very hard to follow, not to mention high noise for those of my followers who couldn’t give a damn about Social Media ROI. So I decided to create a Social Media ROI Friendfeed room. The room is open to the public and anyone can stop in to leave comments or opinion on the always hot topic. Friendfeed is nice because you can tie it back to your twitter account if you choose to do so, it shares out to Facebook and the conversations are threaded with unlimited space to make your point.
If you have an opinion about Social Media ROI, the state of the industry, or analytics and measurement feel free to stop in.
Today’s question is: Is ROI always money? Or can ROI be measured in non-monetary value items????
