My favorite is The Grip, because our biggest hurdle is getting management to even consider soc media as a form of public relations, much less learn about it. Your other points are further valid: once you set up the accounts you have to use them, and then you have to engage your audience. Additionally, as in golf for business, soc media is meant to be a social setting. Get to know people, spend time with prospects and customers, and do some bonding, share information. It&#039;s not a sales platform.
